I love working out with kickboxing or zumba because I feel soo much better afterwards. Not just my body but my mind as well. I had an extremely stressful day of work the other day and went straight to the gym afterward and had a zumba class. After the end of the class I was smiling and felt this weight lifted off my shoulder after the super stressful day. Thanks for your article!
