I did not know that essential oils are so beneficial. No wonder people at massage centers use different oils for their massage therapy.
I think it is really nice to keep these essential oils and use them if we feel stressed or tired. Is there a way to infuse their smell in the air like the room freshener or incense stick?

Is it right that lavender helps you sleep?i have tried this maybe i am doing it wrong,i have a lavender bag inside my pillowcase and i have tried it under my pillow still does not help 🙁
