There are different ways to manifest your desires and which one you choose depends on your personal preference.

One of such manifestation methods is 1×11 method.

What is the 1×11 Manifestation Method?

It simply means that you need to repeat your manifestation statement twice a day (morning and evening) eleven times.

So for example, if your manifestation statement is “I’m living a life of abundance and prosperity”, all you need to do is write this statement down in a journal 11 times in the morning and 11 times in the evening for 11 consecutive days.

But is it enough to just write your manifestation statement 11 times twice a day to make your manifestation a reality?

But Why 11 Times and Not 15 or 20 Times?

It apparently has got something to do with the angel number 111 which signifies manifestation and prosperity.

When this number starts appearing in your life (for example you look at the watch and the time is 1:11) its main message to you is that you should pay attention to your thoughts because you will manifest into reality whatever you think about often.

The angels are reminding you to think only positive thoughts if you want to attract positive things into your life. You need to know exactly what you want and what you don’t want so as not to manifest into your life something that you don’t desire.   

Here’s How You Manifest Using the 1×11 Manifestation Method

Step 1: Decide what you want to manifest. It’s best if you focus only on one thing, e.g. happiness and positive attitude or money and abundance or exercising and healthy eating. For example: “I am happy and have a positive attitude to life each and every day”.   

Step 2: Write your manifestation statement in a journal or a notebook. Remember to write it 11 times twice a day – in the morning and in the evening. 

Step 3: Once you’ve written down your statement it’s best now to take advantage of a visualization exercise. Try to imagine as vividly as possible what your life looks like when you express a positive attitude to life every day. Try to feel how happy you are. Imagine that you’re already living like this, that it’s a reality for you and not just a dream. 

Of course you can add extra steps to the above exercise to make it more effective. How?

For example at the beginning you can add a gratitude statement and/or a quote.

Let me give you an example.

Step 1: Open your journal/notebook 

Step 2: At the top of the page write down Day 1 and the date. It’s always best to start your practice at the beginning of the month or a week. Why? The Psychological Science journal reported that people are more likely to meet their objectives if they are planned to start on a Monday or the first day of the month, or at some point in time when there is a temporary milestone.

DAY 1. January 1, 2022

Step 3: Underneath the day and the date write down your gratitude statement or a quote or both. 

Gratitude: I’m grateful for the abundance present in my life. 
Quote: Abundance is not something we acquire. It is something we tune into. Wayne Dyer

Step 4: Eleven manifestation statements related to abundance. 

I have enough money to afford anything I desire. I live abundantly.   
I have enough money to afford anything I desire. I live abundantly.   
I have enough money to afford anything I desire. I live abundantly.   
I have enough money to afford anything I desire. I live abundantly.   
…………..

Remember to always write in your journal or notebook and never on your computer. It’s because handwriting helps in learning and remembering and it activates more parts of the brain than typing, making you more creative.

Is It Enough to Write Down Your Manifestation Statements to Manifest Your Dreams Into Reality?

No, it’s not enough. Just like repeating affirmations or believing in the law of attraction is not enough. You need to take action!

Take the actions that are necessary to bring what you want into your life. Without this step it all doesn’t make sense.

Tips to Help You Make Your Manifestation More Effective

There are certain things you can do to speed up the process of manifesting. One of them I’ve already mentioned, it’s taking action. What else can you do?

1. You can repeat affirmations. Repeating positive affirmations over and over again has the power to reprogram your subconscious mind. You repeat them to create a desired reality for yourself.

2. Visualization. See with your mind’s eye how whatever you want to manifest is already a reality. Try to feel how you will feel once your desire is fulfilled.

3. Strongly believe that whatever you want to manifest into reality can be manifested effectively. Have no doubts that it’s possible. Live as if it has already been manifested.

Why You Should Give the 1×11 Manifestation Method a Try? What are Its Benefits?

  • Probably one of the main benefits of this and similar manifestation methods is the fact that it helps you stay focused on your dream. Doing the task twice a day forces you to remember about your manifestation and in this way enhances its effectiveness.
  • By remembering about your dream and manifestation statement there are also more chances that you will feel compelled to act, i.e. do something in order to fulfill your dream and desire.
  • This manifestation method may also help you achieve your dreams by giving you strength and confidence necessary to get whatever you wish to accomplish.    

What if You’re Unsuccessful and You Don’t See the Results of Your 1×11 Manifestation Method?

If that happens, don’t get discouraged. Sometimes you may not achieve your results at the first attempt. But you may be successful when you try again. Perseverance is the key here.  

The most successful people are the ones who – despite their failures – don’t stop trying and keep doing the same thing for a long period of time. They’re consistent. This is what many people cannot do. They quit after their first defeat. 

And remember: your actions speak louder than words! Just repeating affirmations or writing them down on paper won’t take you far!

Step 1: At the top of the page in your journal/notebook write down the day of the week and the date.

Step 2 (optional but recommended): Below the day and the date, write down a gratitude statement or a quote or both.

Step 3: Choose a powerful manifestation statement and write it down 11 times in the morning and 11 times before you go to bed in the evening.

Step 4: Visualize whatever you want to manifest into reality and have faith that it will definitely come true.

Remember that you don’t have to limit yourself to just 11 days of manifesting. If you feel that you need to focus on this method for a longer period of time, do this for the whole month and see what happens.
